Why Worry? It’s Completely Unproductive

I have always said this. But following your own advice is often harder than it seems. So, with all the problems i have right now, I am just going to take care of business as it needs to be taken care of, and not worry. I am getting tired of sleepless nights. Of course, I’ll be buying some Sapphire this afternoon to help with the non-worrying. And to help with sleeping.

What me worry?

is for a shipment that I need first thing in the AM. I have been using Mike’s DSL since whenever. Well, I have always wondered what if he moves (not likely), what if he cannot make a payment (or three), what happens when I have no internet? Well, yesterday the phone company shut off his phone and cell. DSL will be next. So I am getting DSL turned on tomorrow, and need that equipment. I’ll start a concerted effort to move any email that is on my earthlink account to another so I can cancel that. Save that $24 a month to pay for the additional $30 a month for DSL.
So now I have no ties to him. He has not paid yet anything on June. I am scraping by, trying anything and everything to make some money. I have a few more things in the works, so… and getting s few sites done this week I hope hope. So hard.

Just had a storm roll through. I saw it coming, those dark dark clouds, so I finished up what I was doing, and sat under the porch to watch. Got up, lightning flashed, and immediate boom. Scared the crap out of me. It was dropping those HUGE BIG raindrops. Not many, but dropping. A few more boomers, so I went inside to check on things. Then I was hearing the patter on those fucking stupid metal trim on the windows that was installed with the new siding, so I went out on the front porch. What greeted me was first the sticky notice from UPS, so I brought that back in. I looked out the back door, and hail was bouncing down. Just about the size of dimes. A few, a few more. Wind picked up, and hail was not stopping. Went to front porch, and at times the street looked like it was winter. Hail, not letting up. Thunder, lightning. hail. Ebb and flow, but the wind really started up. It had been in the mid 80’s so the hail ain’t lasting. I got a few shots of it on the porch. Then it seemed to let up as the storm passed, then I went back to the back porch. Quarters started falling. well, maybe nickels. I have not see a hailstorm like that since I was in Wyoming up on one of the passes at 10,000ft. It was awesome, and scary.

Literally 5 minutes later the sun came out.

And global warming is a fucking dream of some liberal tree-hugger? what does all this fucked weather tell you? Jerkoff neos.

bought a bunch of ribs today, had made a “date” with my son for him to come over for dinner. rubbed the ribs up, and cooked them.He brought over Tascam to see if we could hook it to the Mac, sure could. Had ribs to die for, I make one mean ass rub fer sure, and corn. beer of course. Watching the ballgame after dinner, and he did the “man thing”, fell asleep. Love him to death.
